Apply today!As Aquatics Assistant Pool Manager - Star City Shores, you'll work closely with the Pool Manager to keep daily operations running smoothly.What You'll Be Doing:Assisting with interviewing, hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising staffSupporting a diverse team including lifeguards, swim and dive coaches, swim instructors, cashiers, and concession staffHelping oversee general maintenance and water qualityEnsuring the safety of patrons, staff, and the aquatic facility, including concession areasProviding consistent, fair, and tactful enforcement of pool rules and regulationsServing as a positive role model and leaderWhat We're Looking For:Be skilled in dealing with the publicHave strong leadership and communication skillsHave the ability to stay calm, professional, and positive in a fast-paced environmentHave a team-oriented mindset with attention to safety and detailCompensation and Pay: Starting at $18.00 per hour. Pay is issued by direct deposit only. Candidates must have a valid bank account registered in their name in order to receive wages. *This is an unclassified (seasonal) position and not eligible for benefits.Schedule: Variable hours between 9:00 a.m. - 8:30 p.m. daily.
