Privately HeldAbout the RoleThe VP Sales will be responsible for defining and driving the company’s sales strategy to achieve ambitious revenue and growth targets, leading, mentoring and developing a high-performing sales organization while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, setting clear objectives and performance metrics and overseeing accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting, building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners to increase market share, collaborating with cross-functional leaders to align sales initiatives with product, marketing and operational plans, and representing the organization externally to strengthen brand presence and commercial outcomes.The ideal candidate will have extensive senior sales leadership experience with a proven track record of driving consistent revenue growth and performance improvement, strong strategic and analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret market and business data to inform decisions, excellent leadership and communication skills with experience managing and developing sales teams, deep commercial acumen and customer engagement capability, and relevant experience in the applicable industry or market segment supported by a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field (an advanced degree or equivalent is desirable).Travel Percent
