DESKSIDE Technician

Job Description We are seeking a reliable IT Support Technician for a 3–6 month contract assignment providing onsite technical support two days per week. This role is ideal for a hands-on IT professional who enjoys troubleshooting and supporting end users in a corporate environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide onsite IT support on Tuesdays and Wednesdays (8 hours per day)Configure and support Windows laptops and office workstationsManage and troubleshoot Microsoft Intune environmentsProvide network printer support and configurationSet up and maintain office workstations and peripheralsDeliver C-Class executive supportSupport and troubleshoot video conferencing systems, including:Microsoft TeamsZoomNeat Bar systemsAssist users with technical issues and ensure systems operate smoothlyQualificationsExperience supporting Microsoft Intune environmentsStrong experience with laptop configuration and workstation setupKnowledge of network printers and office infrastructureExperience providing executive / C-Level technical supportFamiliarity with Teams, Zoom, and Neat Bar video conferencing systemsStrong troubleshooting and customer service skillsAbility to work independently onsiteContract Details3–6 month contract16 hours per week (Tuesdays & Wednesdays onsite)Flexible start dateResumes are required.
