Depository Credit IntermediationNondepository Credit IntermediationBusiness Schools and Computer and Management TrainingVocational Rehabilitation ServicesChild Care ServicesSalary Grade: 12R SummaryIn this customer-facing role, the Relationship Banker I will provide exceptional customer care to the Bank’s customers assisting them with banking transactions, addressing inquiries and assisting with problem resolution at Fidelity Banking Center location.Essential Job Functions/ResponsibilitiesDevelops rapport with customers, greeting customers by name, understand account ownership types and authority, being responsive and timely with correspondence and problem resolution, while display a caring attitude (GUEST philosophy)Provide excellent customer care to customers relative to daily transactions, addressing inquiries, and problem resolution, in accordance with Bank policies and procedures Performs basic banking transactions including processing deposits and loan payments, verifying cash and endorsements, check cashing, money orders and treasurer’s check issuance and savings bond redemptionSafeguards customer trust by upholding duty of customer confidentiality Works to develop a comprehensive knowledge of the Bank’s products and services offered, taking responsibility to request assistance for further development needsMust comply with all required laws, regulations, policies, and proceduresTimely completion of all assigned learning activitiesActively participate in Banking Center meetings and one-on-one coaching sessionsParticipation/volunteerism in community groups and eventsAdditional duties as assignedEducation, CertificationsBachelor's degree preferredEligible for Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration Eligible for Notary Public commissionKnowledge, Skills & AbilitiesMinimum six months’ cash handling experience preferredMinimum six months’ customer service experiencePrior customer relationship building experienceCyber security awarenessStrong verbal and written communication skillsCritical thinking, decision making and problem-solving skillsMust have cyber security awareness to protect the digital environment, the Bank, and customersCompetenciesCourageTechnology Savviness/Digital EnthusiastFinancial ComprehensionAdaptability and FlexibilitySales AptitudeEager and Agile Learner
