Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Operating Partner position located in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. The Operating Partner will oversee daily operations across all business areas, ensuring efficient workflow, excellent customer service, and adherence to industry standards. Responsibilities include team management, implementing business strategies, coordinating operational improvements, and maximizing profitability while fostering a positive work environment. Qualifications Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.Experience in operations management, process improvement, and performance optimization.Proficiency in financial planning, budgeting, and KPI tracking.Knowledge of automotive repair, customer service best practices, and industry standards.Strategic and analytical thinking, as well as effective problem-solving abilities.Ability to adapt to evolving technologies, particularly in EV and emerging automotive trends.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.Proven experience in a leadership or management role within the automotive industry or related field.
