You will assist Swedish-speaking clients, providing them with top-tier support while enhancing their gaming experience with our platform.Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer support to Swedish-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat. Assist customers with inquiries regarding account management, game rules, promotions, and technical issues. Resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently while ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to address and escalate any complex issues that arise. Stay updated on industry trends, gaming regulations, and company policies to provide informed support. Fluency in Swedish (oral and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Prior experience in customer support, particularly within the iGaming or entertainment sectors, is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers. Strong problem-solving capabilities and a customer-centric mindset. Knowledge of gaming platforms and an understanding of player behavior is an advantage. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment while managing multiple inquiries.
