This is a laboratory-based role where your technical rigor and precision will directly impact process development and characterization across a cutting-edge pipeline.We pride ourselves on a culture of innovation and support. You’ll be part of a team that values consistency, scientific curiosity, and a \"roll-up-your-sleeves\" attitude.What You’ll DoMaster the Lab: Perform cell-based ELISA assays and maintain mammalian cell lines using expert aseptic techniques.Drive Data: Prepare assay plates, perform transfections, and execute multi-day workflows to generate critical data.Monitor & Maintain: Keep a close eye on cell health (confluency/viability) and operate high-tech equipment like plate readers and biosafety cabinets.Collaborate: Work across functional teams to troubleshoot and contribute to lab efficiency initiatives.Record Excellence: Maintain organized, accurate experimental records that ensure the integrity of our research.What You’ll Bring to the TableThe Basics:Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Cell Biology, or a related field.0–2 years of lab experience (perfect for early-career scientists!).A foundational understanding of ELISA or immunoassays.Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail.The \"Extra Spark\" (Preferred):Hands-on experience with adherent mammalian cell lines or potency assays.Comfort with multichannel pipetting and serial dilutions.Experience with plate reader software and data analysis.An adaptable, \"team-first\" mindset.Why You'll Love It HereYou will be working in a warm, inviting atmosphere where every team member is vital to the mission.
