Strategic Leadership
Define and own the Nexthink roadmap (short-term and long-term) aligned with workplace services strategy.
Act as a thought leader for Nexthink, demonstrating how the platform supports business initiatives and delivers measurable ROI.
Collaborate with stakeholders across other tracks in Workplace Services, ECS, Security, Network, Service Management, and other functions to identify and implement high-value use cases.
Implementation & Delivery
Implement roadmap initiatives including Continuous Service Improvement (CSI), proactive issue handling, remote actions, and other Nexthink service capabilities.
Lead the execution of Nexthink roadmap initiatives in partnership with team members and cross-functional teams.
Create custom dashboards, remote actions, and campaigns tailored to business requirements.
Ensure Nexthink collector versions and platform components remain current and compliant.
Operational Excellence
Oversee day-to-day Nexthink operations, ensuring platform stability and performance.
Manage timely reporting of key deliverables and insights from Nexthink on a monthly basis.
Coordinate with Workplace Support Teams to analyze and troubleshoot issues using Nexthink.
Maintain governance and best practices for Nexthink administration and usage.
Technical Expertise
Serve as a Nexthink consultant and administrator, with a strong expectation to work hands-on within the platform as an engineer, leveraging deep experience in Nexthink Experience and Nexthink Infinity.
Possess strong PowerShell scripting skills for automation and customization.
Work independently under minimal supervision to develop solutions for complex IT challenges.
