From full structural demolition to detailed selective demo, our team takes pride in getting the job done right while maintaining a strong safety culture and professional job sites.We are looking for an experienced Demolition Supervisor who can lead crews, manage projects in the field, and keep operations running smoothly from start to finish.ResponsibilitiesSupervise and lead demolition crews on commercial and residential job sitesOversee projects ranging from complete structural demolition to selective demolition workCreate project plans and execute work according to schedule and scopeCoordinate daily operations, manpower, equipment, and materials on-siteEnsure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and up to company standardsMaintain compliance with OSHA regulations and all job site safety requirementsConduct daily safety meetings and enforce proper safety proceduresCommunicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, vendors, and clientsMonitor project progress and troubleshoot issues in real timeComplete daily reports, time tracking, and site documentationTrain and mentor crew members to improve productivity and performanceOperate equipment when needed and assist crews hands-on when necessaryQualificationsPrevious experience supervising demolition or construction crews requiredStrong understanding of demolition processes, equipment, and job site safetyAbility to manage crews of 6–8+ employeesStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to read plans, schedules, and project scopes preferredBilingual (English/Spanish) preferredOSHA certification is a plusValid driver's license and reliable transportation requiredMust be dependable, organized, and able to work in fast-paced environmentsFlexible schedule with ability to work nights and weekends as neededWhat We OfferCompetitive pay based on experienceOpportunity for growth within a rapidly expanding companyConsistent project pipelineSupportive team environmentCompany that values hard work, accountability, and safetyScheduleFull-timeDay shifts with occasional nights and weekends depending on project needsExperienceDemolition: 3+ years preferredCrew leadership/supervision: 2+ years preferred
