We are tobacco and drug free (to include marijuana) at GloryBee.Your Contributions to the Team:We are seeking a "new-bee" to join our Quality Assurance team and assist with the management of our Quality Assurance tasks. Tasks could include: reviewing supplier documentation to aid in supplier approvals, organizing supplier information and certificates, or assisting the team with various tasks. GloryBee is a fast-paced work environment.Conducts a desk audit review of supplier documentation to aid in new supplier approvalsResponsible for processing existing and new supplier approval workflow and updating/maintaining vendor master dataDetermines risk of supplier and existing ingredient by performing a supplier review, a risk-based hazard analysis and food safety plan review, working with supplier and Purchasing to mitigate risksCertificate of Analysis Creation as needed.Performs aseptic sampling of products and facilitates appropriate testing based on outlined specifications and prioritiesPerforms organoleptic testing on products for flavor, odor, and other physical characteristicsYou'll work alongside 4 team members at our Production Facility located at 1680 Irving Road.
