Technical Plant Manager
Cooperidge Consulting Firm is seeking a Technical Plant Manager for a premier Architectural Millwork manufacturer in the Scranton, PA area.This is a high-impact leadership role designed for an operationally-minded engineer or wood technology expert. You will play the lead role in a major shop reorganization, implementing continuous improvement initiatives and integrating advanced CNC and finishing technologies to scale output. The mission is to increase efficiency and volume without compromising the high-end craftsmanship or safety standards that define the brand.
