Thigh Debone-1st & 2nd (Columbia WJC)

**Starting Salary:** **1st shift $18.20****2nd shift $19.25**Must pass drug test. Must be able & willing to Debone chickens on 1st shift starts {7:30a.m.} 2nd Shift {starts 4:30p.m.} on production line. This is hard & dirty work. Must be willing to debone chickens at poultry processing plant.Health Ins. Starts Day One!!!RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS**: Learn and perform production related tasks surrounding poultry processing such as debone or evisceration Perform all duties in compliance with Company policies and procedures, agency guidelines (i.e. NCC Animal Welfare, U.S.D.A, etc.) and Federal, State and local legal requirements Follow all safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) (i.e. non-slip footwear, earplugs, hair and beard nets, hardhats, etc.) correctly at all times in areas requiring PPE helping to promote a zero accident culture Perform additional relevant duties as assignedEDUCATION And CERTIFICATIONS High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not requiredExperience And Skills Previous poultry experience preferredSafety Requirements Follow departmental and company safety policies and programs Wear required protective equipment in all areas where mandatoryPhysical Requirements Ability to work non-standard shifts (weekends, holidays and extended shifts) as needed Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally Exposure to wet and cold environment, and work around raw and/or animal odors Exposure to noise of > 85 decibels, CO2 and moving equipment******SIGN ON BONUS($300 after 30 days with no missed days)
