Role Description We are seeking an Experienced Custom Fabricator specializing in solid surface and plastic laminate to join our team in Syracuse, NY. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will produce and assemble high-quality architectural woodwork. Responsibilities include reading and interpreting blueprints, cutting, shaping, and assembling materials, ensuring compliance with company and client specifications, and maintaining tools and equipment to industry standards. Collaboration with other team members and adherence to workplace safety protocols are essential parts of the role. Qualifications Experience working with materials such as solid surface and plastic laminate, with a strong focus on craftsmanship and precisionAbility to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specificationsHands-on skills in cutting, shaping, assembling, and finishing materialsProficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and other woodworking machineryKnowledge of industry safety standards and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environmentStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlinesPrior experience in architectural woodworking or commercial fabrication is preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical training or certification is a plus
