Communications and Reporting Analyst

Job Summary As the Communication & Reporting Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing internal communications that support Contact Center Operations while also delivering operational reporting and insights to leaders and employees. This role ensures team members receive timely, clear, and actionable communication while enabling operational transparency through structured reporting, dashboards, and performance updates.This opportunity is open to candidates who reside in Arizona, Indiana, Kentucky, or Oklahoma and are located within 50 miles of a Consumer Cellular contact center in those states.What you will doOperational CommunicationsDevelop and execute internal communication strategies for Contact Center employees across multiple teams and locationsCreate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly operational communications (updates, announcements, reminders, performance highlights)Ensure communications are clear, concise, and aligned with operational priorities and company goalsSupport leadership communications including organizational updates, change management messaging, and key initiativesMaintain communication cadence and calendar for Operations employeesReporting & InsightsCreate and distribute operational reports for Contact Center leadership and frontline employeesTrack and report on key metrics such as staffing, performance, hiring updates, engagement initiatives, and operational prioritiesBuild dashboards and summaries to translate data into clear, actionable communicationPartner with Workforce Management, Operations, and HR to gather and validate dataIdentify trends and opportunities and incorporate insights into communicationsCommunication Plan DevelopmentAssist in creating and implementing communication plans tailored to various Contact Center employee groupsEnsure messaging is consistent, timely, and aligned with company objectivesSupport change management communications for operational initiativesContent CreationProduce engaging written communications, presentations, newsletters, and multimedia contentDevelop leader talking points, team updates, and employee announcementsCreate visually engaging communication materials for internal distributionKnowledge Sharing and CollaborationFacilitate cross-functional communication across Operations, Training, HR, and Workforce ManagementPromote knowledge sharing across Contact Center teamsProactively partner with stakeholders to ensure appropriate communication delivery to employee segmentsMeasurement & AnalysisImplement metrics to measure communication effectiveness and employee engagementAnalyze feedback, open rates, and operational results to refine communication strategiesContinuously improve reporting formats and communication approaches
