Job Title: Inside Sales RepresentativeLocation: Austin, TXDuration: 12 Months (W2)We are seeking a driven Inside Sales Representative to manage transactional sales cycles including renewals, add-ons, and expansions for subscription-based and digital software solutions. This role focuses on deals, ensuring seamless execution, strong customer experience, and revenue continuity.ResponsibilitiesExecute transactional sales motions for renewals, add-ons, expansions, and true-ups for assigned dealsEnsure timely deal progression and closure to prevent service interruptionsManage non-strategic renewals to maintain customer continuity and protect recurring revenueMaintain high accuracy in CRM updates, forecasting, quoting, and order processingPartner with cross-functional teams on territory planning and renewal strategyCollaborate with customer-facing teams to ensure smooth handoffs across the customer lifecycleCoordinate with technical resources to support customer demos when requiredIdentify and escalate complex or higher-value opportunities to senior sales stakeholdersSupport clean opportunity qualification and pipeline managementRequired Experience3–6 years in Inside Sales, Account Management, Business Development, or Customer SuccessExperience with SaaS or subscription-based sales modelsStrong understanding of renewals, upsell, cross-sell, and license managementAbility to manage multiple deals simultaneously with speed and accuracyHigh attention to detail with strong adherence to structured processesComfortable working in a cross-functional, team-based sales environmentExcellent communication skills for handling pricing, renewals, and contracts
