The 3D Animator will design and create high-quality 3D animations, develop and rig characters for animation, and work with motion capture data to bring characters to life. The role involves close collaboration with the creative team to ensure animation aligns with project goals and artistic vision. Qualifications Proficiency in 3D Animation and Animation techniquesExperience with Motion Capture and RiggingProficiency in using Blender or similar 3D animation softwareStrong attention to detail and an eye for creating fluid, lifelike animationsAbility to collaborate effectively within a team environmentExperience in the gaming, film, or visual effects industry is a plusBachelor’s degree in Animation, Digital Arts, or a related field is preferred
