Company DescriptionFull-Service Facility Maintenance company offering a wide range of janitorial services for industrial, commercial, and construction customers throughout Ohio for the past 30 yearsJob DescriptionPosition: Janitorial Site Supervisor (Commercial Office)Location: Mason Ohio - near Tylersville Road and Western Row RoadRate of Pay: $18.00 to $20.00 per hourShift: 2:00pm to 10:00pm Mon-FriDuties: Oversee a crew of cleaning personnel in a large office building - including:Coordinate and supervise on site activities, including worker assignments and task prioritizationEnsure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standardsPerform regular building walk-through's and inspections. Providing orientation and oversee the training of new employees. Assist Management in writing employee reviews and disciplinary write ups. Replenish suppliesMaintain and repair equipmentFill in for absent employees.
