Operations Manager to Personal Injury Law Firm

JRN: #2858Our client, a fast-paced, high-growth firm, is seeking a strong Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day business functions and drive efficiency across the organization. This individual will serve as a key partner to leadership, ensuring workflows are optimized, teams are aligned, and operations run seamlessly across multiple departments. This role is ideal for someone who is both strategic and hands-on.Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations across multiple business lines, ensuring consistency and efficiencyManage team performance, including accountability to KPIs and overall productivityIdentify gaps and implement process improvements across workflows and systemsDevelop and maintain SOPs, ensuring best practices are followed firm-wideMonitor pipeline activity, workload distribution, and case/project flowPartner with leadership on reporting, analytics, and operational strategyOversee internal systems and tools, ensuring accurate tracking and usageFacilitate cross-functional communication and alignment between teamsSupport hiring, onboarding, and team development effortsMaintain a structured, professional, and solutions-oriented environmentUphold a high standard of client experience and internal operationsRequirements:3–7+ years of operations or management experience (professional services environment preferred)Strong leadership presence with the ability to manage and motivate teamsProcess-driven with a track record of improving efficiency and scalabilityHighly organized, analytical, and solutions-orientedComfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentExperience with CRM or case management systems (Filevine or similar a plus)Compensation:$75,000 – $120,000 base, depending on experiencePerformance-based bonus potentialBenefits and 401(k) offeredLocation: Hybrid.
