*Craft and Technical Solutions *is seeking highly skilled and dedicated *Millwrights* to join our manufacturing operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of industrial machinery and equipment within a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work safely and efficiently. The Millwright will play a vital part in ensuring operational continuity, equipment reliability, and safety compliance across our facilities. *\*\*7 12-hr shifts\*\** *Duties* * Install, align, and assemble machinery and mechanical systems using precision measuring instruments and schematics. * Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting on complex equipment including hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems. * Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using diagnostic tools such as voltmeters, ammeters, ohmmeters, and electrical blueprint reading. * Conduct equipment repairs utilizing welding techniques such as stick welding and precision mechanical adjustments to restore optimal functionality. * Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to document work orders, track maintenance history, and schedule preventive maintenance tasks. * Troubleshoot programmable logic controllers (PLCs), electrical systems, and control circuits to identify issues quickly and implement effective solutions. * Operate scissor lifts and other industrial equipment safely to access high or hard-to-reach machinery during maintenance or installation. * Collaborate with engineering teams to interpret schematics, technical manuals, and engineering troubleshooting procedures for complex repairs. * Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols related to electrical diagnostics, hydraulic systems, and mechanical repairs. * Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with internal teams regarding equipment status and repair timelines. *Qualifications* * Proven experience as a Millwright or industrial mechanic within a manufacturing facility environment. * Must have a rigging certificate. * Strong knowledge of industrial maintenance practices including hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, and mechanical troubleshooting. * Proficiency with schematics reading, electrical blueprint interpretation, and engineering troubleshooting techniques. * Hands-on experience with electrical diagnostics tools such as voltmeters, ammeters, ohmmeters; familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs). * Skilled in welding techniques including stick welding; experience with precision measuring instruments is essential. * Ability to operate scissor lifts safely; familiarity with HVAC/R systems is a plus. * Knowledge of CMMS software for maintenance tracking; experience with HVAC systems or technical sales experience is advantageous. * Excellent analysis skills combined with strong mechanical knowledge; ability to troubleshoot complex equipment issues efficiently. * Effective communication skills in English; capable of working independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Relevant certifications in industrial electrician work or mechanical maintenance are preferred. * Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen. *CTS offers a comprehensive benefit packet to eligible employees.
