Travel RN - ICU

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an ICU position in Texas, caring for a diverse medical, surgical, and cardiovascular patient population on a night shift schedule.Job Details• Works in a conglomerate ICU encompassing medical, surgical, and cardiovascular patients,• Patient cases include TAVR, CABG, CVA, respiratory distress, TNK, GIB, DKA, CEA, sepsis, fem pop, thoracotomy, CHF, pneumonia, STEMI, and hypoxic/respiratory failure,• Specialized equipment and procedures include vent management, HFNC, TTM, IABP, Impella, and CRRT,• Night shift: 18:45-07:15,• Floating required within the critical care service line, which includes both ICU and step-down units,• 13-week contract,Job Requirements• Active TX RN license or Compact RN license currently in hand,• Current AHA BLS and AHA ACLS certifications required,• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required,• Minimum 3 years of ICU experience required,• Must possess a valid US Social Security Number and provide a US home address,• Driver's License required for consideration,• Two professional references required for consideration,Additional Information• Provides critical care nursing across a mixed medical, surgical, and cardiovascular ICU environment,
