This role will work closely with both Legal and Procurement to ensure that contracts are managed efficiently, legal spend is controlled, and processes scale with the business.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and operate the company's contract lifecycle management (CLM) system, including playbook configuration, workflow automation, and user trainingManage the contract repository and ensure all agreements are properly tracked, version-controlled, and flagged for renewal or expirationDevelop and maintain contract templates, pre-approved clause libraries, and negotiation guidelines for standard commercial agreementsOversee outside counsel management, including RFPs for new legal service providers, rate negotiations, billing guidelines, and invoice reviewBuild and maintain reporting dashboards tracking legal spend, contract cycle times, pending matters, and risk exposureAdminister legal technology tools including CLM, e-signature, matter management, and document management platformsSupport the Procurement team with contract execution workflows, approval routing, and compliance monitoring Develop and drive Legal team projects including process improvement initiatives, compliance programs, and policy rolloutsPartner with IT and Security on data governance, contract data integrity, and systems integrationManage relationships with legal technology vendors and evaluate new tools to improve team efficiencyQualificationsBachelor's degree required; J.D. or paralegal certification a plus but not required5–8 years of legal operations, contract management, or law firm administration experience Hands-on experience implementing or administering CLM platforms (e.g., Ironclad, Agiloft, ContractPodAi, Icertis)Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiativesData-driven mindset with proficiency in building reports and dashboardsAbility to work effectively with attorneys and business stakeholders at all levelsDeep understanding of contract risk, compliance requirements, and standard commercial termsExperience in a high-growth technology or infrastructure company (preferred)F amiliarity with procurement workflows and ERP/CLM integration (preferred)Experience managing outside counsel spend at scale (preferred)Knowledge of AI, data center, or hardware contracting environments (preferred)Compensation$80,000 - $100,000Final compensation will vary depending on years of experience, background/skill set, location, and applicable laws.Inclusion & PrivacyWe are an equal opportunity employer and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
