Position Type:CoordinatorDate Posted:4/7/2026Location:District OfficeDate Available:5/4/26Closing Date:04/22/2026Position Information:Develops plans, training and supervises custodial personnel and schedules.Plans, prioritizes, monitors, and oversees the Operations department and activities associated with structural, mechanical, and physical maintenance and repair of school facilities.Monitors department operations and procedures of the Operations department to ensure compliance with various local, state, or federal regulations, mandates, ordinances, standards, or guidelines pertaining to facility operations.Collaborates and works closely with building administrators, the Executive Director of Finance and Operations, and other district administrators concerning facility maintenance needs and issues pertaining to the facility and grounds operations.Issues work orders and assignments for all maintenance and custodial personnel.Oversee the purchasing of department supplies and equipment. Administers the approved budget for facilities and grounds.Monthly review of energy consumption for all district buildings.
