Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Promotions Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in promoting our brand and products through various marketing initiatives. The Promotions Assistant will work closely with the marketing team to execute promotional events, gather data, and enhance customer engagement.
Duties
Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events and marketing campaigns.
Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about our offerings.
Engage with customers to provide exceptional customer service and gather feedback.
Manage social media accounts to promote events and engage with the audience.
Collect data on customer interactions and event performance for analysis.
Utilize public speaking skills to represent the brand at events and engage audiences.
Collaborate with team members to develop innovative marketing strategies that resonate with target markets.
Support food service initiatives during promotional events as needed.
Experience
Previous experience in sales or event marketing is highly desirable.
Familiarity with social media management and digital marketing strategies is a plus.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
Experience in public speaking or conducting product demos is beneficial.
A background in data collection and analysis will be advantageous.
Passion for market trends and understanding how to effectively promote products without stigmatizing them.
