Job Title: Senior Program Manager – Oracle ERP / Oracle FusionLocation: Bay Area, CA (Onsite – Initial 3 Months)Duration: Contract / Contract-to-Hire (based on engagement)Role OverviewWe are looking for a high-impact Senior Program Manager with deep experience in Oracle ERP / Oracle Fusion implementations. This role requires someone who has successfully led large-scale, complex programs and can navigate demanding client environments with confidence and structure.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage end-to-end Oracle ERP / Oracle Fusion implementationsOversee large-scale enterprise programs with multiple workstreamsAct as the primary client-facing leader for program deliveryDrive program governance, risk management, and stakeholder alignmentCoordinate across cross-functional teams (functional, technical, business)Ensure timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standardsRequired QualificationsProven experience as a Program Manager on large Oracle ERP / Fusion implementationsStrong track record managing complex, enterprise-level projectsAbility to handle challenging / high-expectation clientsExpertise in program planning, execution, and delivery frameworksStrong leadership and communication skillsPreferred SkillsProficiency in Microsoft ProjectExperience with JIRA (nice to have)Additional DetailsInitial 3 months onsite in Bay Area (highly preferred)Strong stakeholder management and executive communication required
