Hardware Manufacturing Engineer
Overview
As a Hardware Manufacturing Engineer on the HIFE team, you will drive manufacturing workstreams for cloud hardware platforms (including GPU systems) to ensure on-time, high-quality, scalable production. You will partner with design, quality, and supplier teams to enable repeatable, cost-efficient manufacturing across contract sites. Your work will span NPI builds, risk management, and yield improvements, shaping Microsoft’s strategic hardware programs. This role combines hands-on problem solving with cross-functional collaboration in a high-demand, data-driven environment.
