Customer Engineer

Overview In this role you will own how Tutor’s robotic systems perform in real environments, bridging product and field. You’ll investigate complex issues at the intersection of software, hardware, and operations, turning ambiguity into actionable improvements. You will work closely with customers, Customer Success, and R&D to diagnose root causes and implement scalable fixes across the fleet. The opportunity centers on enhancing system robustness and driving production-level impact. You will influence product decisions and playbooks while engaging directly with customers when needed.
