Customer & Operations Coordinator

We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team member to serve as the first point of contact for our office while supporting day-to-day sales and operations activities. This role combines front desk responsibilities with administrative support across order processing, customer communication, and basic accounting coordination.Key Responsibilities:Greet visitors and manage incoming calls and inquiriesEnter and process customer purchase ordersAssist with quote setup and internal documentationSend order acknowledgementsSupport Sales Director and GM with administrative tasksAssist with AP/AR coordination and general office organizationWhat We're Looking For:Strong organization and attention to detailClear, professional communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentComfortable working with internal systems (ERP experience a plus)Benefits:Paid time off (vacation and sick time accrued)401(k) with company matchMedical and dental insuranceFully in-person position
