Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in New York, NY, for an Account Manager within the Bureau of Engineering Design and Construction. The Account Manager will oversee and manage client relationships, track and monitor project progress, and communicate client needs effectively to internal teams. Responsibilities include coordinating deliverables, managing budgets and resources, resolving any issues that arise, and ensuring that projects align with client expectations and timelines. The Account Manager will also prepare reports and updates for stakeholders, fostering a collaborative working environment across departments. Qualifications Experience in account management, client communication, and relationship-buildingStrong organizational, budgeting, and resource management skillsExpertise in reporting, project monitoring, and issue resolutionUnderstanding of engineering, construction, or related industries is preferableProficiency in teamwork and cross-departmental collaborationStrong written and verbal communication skillsBachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, project management, or a related fieldExperience working with government agencies or in public planning is a plus
