Non-local candidates must provide written confirmation of their willingness to relocate to San Jose, CA.Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead enterprise-scale Data Migration and Technology Modernization initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing complex data migration projects, enterprise transformation programs, and technology modernization efforts within highly regulated and audited environments.Key ResponsibilitiesData Migration Program ManagementLead end-to-end data migration projects involving migration from legacy systems to new applications and platforms.Manage and oversee all phases of the data migration lifecycle, including:Data assessment and discoveryMigration planning and strategy developmentData extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL)Data validation and reconciliationTesting, defect management, and deploymentPost-migration support and stabilizationDefine and execute data migration validation and testing strategies to ensure data integrity and completeness.Ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements throughout the migration process.Establish processes for evidence collection, documentation, and audit readiness, including defining what evidence is required, when it should be captured, and how it should be maintained.Collaborate with business and technical teams to address technology, process, and governance considerations related to data migration initiatives.Enterprise Transformation & Technology ModernizationDrive enterprise transformation and technology modernization programs across complex environments.Lead initiatives focused on technical debt reduction and system rationalization across validated systems.Partner with architecture and engineering teams to establish technology governance frameworks and application lifecycle standards.Manage data platform transformations and ERP modernization initiatives, including SAP S/4HANA implementations and migrations.Successfully deliver technology migrations while ensuring no disruption to validated manufacturing processes, regulatory requirements, or business operations.Required Skills & Qualifications8-10 years of overall experience in Project and Program Management.Proven experience managing large-scale Data Migration projects from legacy systems to modern platforms.Strong understanding of data migration methodologies, processes, validation techniques, and testing frameworks.Experience managing compliance, audit requirements, and evidence documentation in regulated environments.Demonstrated success in enterprise transformation, platform modernization, and technology migration initiatives.Experience with Data Platform Transformations and ERP modernization programs, preferably SAP S/4HANA.Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including business, architecture, engineering, and compliance stakeholders.Primary Skill: Project ManagementExperience Required: 8-10 Years
