Loadout Operator - split shift

*ILC – Loadout Operator, Warehouse* Location: *Alden, Iowa* *Job Description* *Hours: 10am - 7pm * *Starting Pay:* $24.63/hour _($24.13/hour during probationary period)_ ILC Resources is looking for a dependable individual to join our Loadout team. This position is responsible for loading finished calcium carbonate products into bulk trucks and railcars while ensuring product quality, accuracy, and safety standards are met. The successful candidate can expect to learn all aspects of the loadout operation, including loading trucks manually and through our automated loading system. This role works closely with truck drivers, customer service, and plant operations to ensure products are loaded correctly and shipped on time. *Responsibilities* * Load bulk calcium carbonate products into trucks and railcars. * Complete routine quality checks before loading products. * Generate and process bills of lading and shipping paperwork. * Operate computerized loadout and scale systems. * Verify product, quantity, and destination information prior to loading. * Communicate with truck drivers and plant personnel throughout the shift. * Perform routine housekeeping and keep the loadout area clean and organized. * Assist with inventory checks and other operational tasks as needed. * Follow all company safety policies and procedures. *Qualifications* * Basic computer skills required. * Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. * Good communication and customer service skills. * Ability to work in an industrial environment and in varying weather conditions. * Previous equipment or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required. * Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods. *Benefits: Strong Package* - Health, Dental, Vision package – Single, Employee plus One, Family, choices with low premiums to provide our employees with full coverage - 401(k) – No contributions required by employee!
