It’s a relaxed, engaging environment where good work happens—and by Friday afternoons, the pace naturally lightens as we wrap up the week.The RoleThis is an entry-level interior design role where you’ll support projects across multiple phases while building a strong foundation in both creative and technical skills. We work on projects at a national scale, giving team members a variety of experiences across various jurisdictions.You’ll work closely with experienced designers, contribute to real projects, and gain exposure to how interior environments come together from concept through construction in a design-build environment.What We’re Looking For1-3+ years of interior design experience (internships count)Degree in Interior Design or related fieldBrings a well-rounded, adaptable skillset—comfortable moving between design work, coordination, and team support tasks, and open to learning whatever is needed to elevate the final work productProficiency in: Revit (including Revit Family creation / editing)Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)Adobe Suite (Acrobat, Photoshop, etc.)Some experience with material selection, FF&E, and spatial designAbility to support both design and documentation workStrong organization and attention to detailClear communication and collaborative mindsetEagerness to learn codes, detailing, and coordination across disciplinesAbility to work in-person Monday–Friday in Chandler, AZWillingness to travel nationally (5-6 trips per year)Nice to have: interest in NCIDQ, IIDA, or ASIDWhat You’ll DoSupport collaborative design work (mood boards, presentations, space planning)Assist with FF&E selections and material palettesHelp produce drawings in Revit (plans, elevations, millwork) Assist with meeting notes and support project coordinationCollaborate with internal teams, product vendors, and consultantsLearn how interior design decisions carry through to constructionWhy This Role Is DifferentYou won’t just work on concepts—you’ll see how materials, furniture, and design decisions perform in real built environments.
