Role Description The Assistant Quality Assurance Manager will support the quality assurance team in ensuring food products meet regulatory and company standards. Key responsibilities include overseeing quality control processes, reviewing compliance with safety protocols, conducting inspections, preparing reports, and assisting in the development of quality improvement initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Orange, NJ, requiring hands-on involvement in daily operations. Qualifications Quality Assurance and Control skills, including knowledge of quality management systems and ability to implement quality standardsExperience with regulatory compliance and food safety standards, such as HACCP and FDA regulationsStrong analytical skills for identifying issues, problem-solving, and implementing corrective actionsExcellent communication and leadership skills for team collaboration and providing clear guidanceProficiency in creating reports and analyzing data to monitor processes and improve performanceAttention to detail and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentBachelor’s degree in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related fieldPrior experience in food production or quality assurance is highly desirable
