Plating OperatorAdvancedPCB, a printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturer, is seeking a reliable, motivated Plating Operator to join our growing company. The ideal candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced, team environment, show a true sense of urgency, and be willing to cross-train.Plating Technician - Experience working in a fast paced, production environment. Knowledge in production of printed circuit boards is a plus. This is a full-time position.Essential Job Functions:Operate wet process equipment for PCB panel processing through functions that include manual copper plating, gold immersion, electroless copper, electrolytic gold, outer layer etching, and hot air level processing.Set and maintain chemical processing equipment within operational parameters.Carefully load racks in plating tanks while ensuring proper temperature/current of baths.Load the lineWork around chemicals and exercise safe chemical handlingFollow customers specificationsAbility to lift, pull, and push over 20 lbs.Able to stand for long periods of timeMaintains and clean all department equipmentScrewing in items by hand (Tightening clamps manually)Ability to work with hands for extended periods of time.Position involves working with chemicals in a safe and monitored environment.Work Schedule:This is a full-time position requiring available to work during standard business hours and mandatory weekend overtime when needed to meet production goals. Shifts may include weekends when schedule details are provided in advance. Work schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm.Essential Qualifications:Education: HS Graduate or equivalent3 to 5 years of experience, in manufacturing.Preferred Additional Skills:Must be able to multi task in a fast paced environmentWork closely with production staff and be a great team playerAbility to read, write and communicate in English.Physical Requirements:Ability to lift, pull, and push over 20 lbs.Able to stand for long periods of timeCompensation:California Hourly Pay Range: $20.00 to $24.00 USD | DOEThe actual compensation offered is based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant business considerations.ITAR Compliance Requirement:This position requires access to controlled technical data and/or participation in activities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
