Facilitator

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic Facilitator to join our team with Indiana's top positive youth development organization. The 4-H Next Chapter Facilitator will be responsible for recruiting student participants, delivering the Next Chapter curriculum for College and Career Readiness, and leading the site team of one facilitator (this role) and one to two adult volunteers. This role involves working closely with students to provide guidance and support throughout their career readiness journey and collaborating with community partners. Duties - Recruit student participants - Provide college and career guidance to students - Prepare and deliver weekly class presentations - Prepare and deliver monthly after school club meetings and activities - Collaborate with local school staff - Collaborate with Indiana 4-H Next Chapter staff - Utilize strong communication skills to engage with students effectively Skills - Experience working with middle and high school students - Excellent public speaking abilities - Knowledge of college and career advising practices - Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups Job Type: Contract Pay: $19.91 - $21.83 per hour Expected hours: 5 – 10 per week Benefits: Flexible schedule Schedule: After school Choose your own hours Application Question(s): Are you familiar with any Indiana College and Career Readiness initiatives?
