Community Manager
The Northwest Oregon Housing Authority (NOHA), located in the beautiful Oregon North Coast region, is looking for a mission-drive, skilled Community Manager to join our team in the Warrenton/Astoria, Oregon area.

About us. We are a housing authority consisting of a group of dedicated and supportive board and staff members who provide housing for those with limited financial means in Columbia, Clatsop, and Tillamook counties. We value teamwork, community, and the opportunity to help those less fortunate.
For the selected candidate relocating to the area, a one-bedroom apartment at our Owens Adair building in Astoria may be provided.
Essential Duties:
1. Work closely in concert with other team members to take the performance of the housing authority's scattered-site HUD, RD, HOME, Tax Credit, market-rate, and program-driven properties to the highest possible level of excellence. Integral in achieving this goal is to celebrate wins every day and take a team-based approach to overcome challenges. As well as, joining in and/or leading key operational process improvement initiatives.
2. Ensure accurate report out of key operating dashboard items such as Accounts Receivable report.
3. Identify, prioritize, and diligently resolve problematic operational areas of concern. For instance, drive down vacancy and maintain high occupancy through efficient and effective leasing.
4. Execute standard operating protocol: complete monthly rent collection process; complete resident recertifications; enforce the lease; conduct inspections; implement rent increase and utility changes; complete resident move-in, move-out, or transfer; maintain property waitlists; coordinate maintenance requests and work orders; coordinate vendor and purchasing coordination.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
