Technical Program Manager

Roles and Responsibilities *Lead multidisciplinary teams through the complete product lifecycle.*Develop and manage project plans, schedules, dependencies, critical paths, and mitigation plans.*Coordinate software, controls, hardware, systems, manufacturing, supply chain, and operations teams.*Drive multi-site deployment planning and launch readiness.*Manage technical development, integration, testing, and deployment of automation, robotics, and electromechanical systems.*Identify and resolve program risks, issues, and dependencies.*Establish program management processes, governance, and reporting standards.*Provide executive-level updates on program status, risks, milestones, and deliverables.*Mentor teams and promote accountability and continuous improvement. Required Qualifications *10+ years leading complex technical programs in automation, robotics, manufacturing, or capital equipment.*7+ years of program management experience leading large-scale initiatives.*Strong experience in NPI, product development, systems integration, and deployment.*Experience managing cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.*Strong project planning, risk management, leadership, and communication skills.*PMP certification preferred.*Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; MS/MBA is a plus.
