CDL Driver

Katsam Property Services/Gettier Commercial is hiring for CDL Drivers to support our growing property maintenance operations. This is NOT a long-haul or freight job — this is local, route-based work where drivers are part of the field team. We're looking for individuals with a strong work ethic, safety-first mindset, and team-first attitude. If you're someone who doesn't mind getting out of the truck and helping on-site, this role is for you.What You'll Do- Operate multiple truck types: sweeper, dump, trash, roll-off, and vacuum trucks Service local commercial properties (shopping centers, HOAs, office parks) Load, transport, and dump roll-off containers Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections Follow all DOT safety regulations Assist field crews on-site Operate skid loaders and equipment (or willingness to learn) Help maintain yard operations including debris separationImportant: This Is NOT Just a Driving Job- Driving is the primary duty—but not the only one Must be willing to get out of the truck and help Hands-on, physical, team-oriented roleRequirements- Valid CDL (Class A or B) Clean driving record Ability to meet DOT requirements Comfortable with physical work and outdoor environments Reliable, punctual, and team-orientedPreferred- Experience with roll-off or dump trucks Skid loader or heavy equipment experience Background in property maintenance or construction What We Offer- Home daily – local routes only Competitive pay (based on experience) Steady, year-round work Growth opportunities Pay - $30.00-$32.00 Schedule Hours: 7:00am - 3:30pm Date posted: 05/06/2026
