Role Description We are seeking a full-time Personal Injury Paralegal to join our team on-site in Queens Village or North Babylon, NY. The primary responsibilities include managing personal injury cases, preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, reviewing and organizing client documentation, and maintaining clear communication with clients, attorneys, and external parties. Additional duties involve ensuring the efficient handling of case deadlines and administrative tasks related to personal injury litigation. Qualifications Strong understanding and knowledge of personal injury law and legal principlesProficiency in legal document preparation and legal document reviewExcellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, attorneys, and external stakeholdersExperience in conducting legal research to support case progress and strategyStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage case deadlinesProficiency with Smart Advocate is a plusPrior experience as a paralegal in personal injury law is highly preferredBachelor's degree and/or paralegal certification is required
