Senior Construction Project Manager - Industrial Projects

Job Description We are looking for an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to lead industrial and agri-industrial projects across the U.S. Midwest.This role is ideal for someone who can coordinate multiple projects, site teams, contractors, suppliers, engineering teams, schedules, costs, risks, quality, safety, and reporting in a hands-on and fast-moving environment.Key responsibilities:- Lead and coordinate active projects across the U.S. Midwest.- Manage site supervisors and field resources, including workload, travel, and site coverage.- Act as the operational bridge between field teams, engineering teams, suppliers, and contractors.- Oversee planning, scheduling, execution, reporting, risk, cost, quality, and safety.- Coordinate local procurement activities, RFQs, supplier comparisons, and contractor support.- Serve as the primary point of contact with contractors, suppliers, engineering firms, and project stakeholders.- Standardize reporting structures, KPIs, progress reports, and issue tracking.- Ensure compliance with U.S. construction standards, permits, safety requirements, and local regulations.Ideal background:- Senior Project Manager, Construction Project Manager, Construction Manager, Industrial Project Manager, or similar role.- Experience in industrial construction, manufacturing, food processing, agriculture, plant construction, mechanical/electrical projects, energy, utilities, or related environments.- Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills.- Hands-on mindset and flexibility in a growing U.S. operation.- High availability to travel across project locations.- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.Compensation:Attractive and competitive package, tailored to each candidate's experience, seniority, mobility, and overall fit.Company DescriptionPeople Development Consultants supports companies in identifying and attracting strong leadership and technical talent for key roles across the U.S., Latin America, the Caribbean, and Europe.For this search, we are representing an international company expanding its industrial and agri-industrial project operations in the U.S. Midwest.
