Preschool Teacher

Kerrville’s Bright Beginnings is currently seeking a reliable and flexible Floater Teacher to join our team.The Floater Teacher will support lead teachers in different classrooms as needed, assist with daily activities, help maintain a safe and organized environment, and ensure children receive attentive and consistent care throughout the day. This role requires adaptability, teamwork, and a genuine passion for working with children.Responsibilities:Assist teachers in implementing daily lesson plans and activitiesSupervise and engage with children in a safe and nurturing mannerMaintain cleanliness and organization of classroomsSupport classroom transitions and routinesFollow all center policies and state regulationsRequirements:Experience working with children preferredStrong communication and teamwork skillsDependable, punctual, and flexibleAbility to work in multiple classrooms as neededIf you are enthusiastic about early childhood education and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply!
