Job Description About the Role:Join FAMMO Cleaning Service as a Cleaning Technician (EVS) in Monterey County, CA. This part-time evening role supports cleaning operations across multiple sites, including public buildings and healthcare settings.We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual who can work independently, follow site-specific instructions, and maintain consistent communication. This role is best suited for those who take pride in their work and deliver dependable service across assigned locations.Responsibilities:Perform routine cleaning across assigned sites while maintaining high standardsClean and sanitize restrooms, floors, and high-touch surfacesMaintain cleanliness in shared/public spaces, break rooms, and common areasFollow site-specific instructions, schedules, and daily checklistsManage and maintain cleaning supplies, equipment, and toolsUse cleaning products and equipment safely and effectivelyReport maintenance issues, safety concerns, or supply needs promptlyCommunicate with team members and supervisors regarding site status and needsSupport periodic deep cleaning or special projects as assignedAdhere to all safety and health standardsMaintain accountability for site access, including keys, and follow all security proceduresRequirements:Reliable transportation for travel between multiple sitesAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality workAvailability for evening shifts and flexible scheduling as neededTimely and consistent communication (email/text) is required for scheduling and coordinationAbility to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 poundsAuthorized to work in the United StatesAbout Us:FAMMO Cleaning Service delivers janitorial and environmental services across public facilities and healthcare settings throughout Monterey County.
