Senior Sales Manager
Onset Worldwide, a fast-growing ingredient manufacturer and distributor, is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for an experienced B2B ingredient sales professional with an existing book of business who wants to grow with a dynamic, family-owned company.Position Highlights:· Develop, build, and manage your own book of business in the food ingredient sector· Serve as the primary point of contact for customers· Handle quoting, pricing, contract negotiations, and customer service· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience· Attend 3–5 domestic trade shows annuallyRequirements:· 5+ years of sales experience· Existing book of business within the B2B food ingredient space· Strong understanding of food ingredients and formulation basics· Proven ability to build customer relationships, quote, negotiate, and close dealsWork Environment:· 4 days a week in Frenchtown, NJ· Support from Sales Assistant and Strategic Operations TeamBase salary plus commission.
