This hands-on role is based in Springdale, Arkansas, where we house a team of experts that have set the industry standard. When you join the team as a Project Engineer, you’ll play a key part in delivering solutions to major industry clients.

Job Description
In this hands-on role, you’ll contribute to the full lifecycle of custom food processing solutions, including:
Creating process layouts, equipment designs, and detailed engineering documentation
Developing technical specifications for equipment and installations
Collaborating with cross-functional teams—from sales and design to production and installation
Traveling (at company cost) to client facilities across the U.S. (approximately 40% travel)
Ensuring safety and regulatory compliance with OSHA and USDA standards
Applying critical thinking and creativity to develop innovative solutions
Required Skills & Experience
B.S. in Biosystems, Agricultural, or Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
Proficient in AutoCAD 2020 or similar CAD platforms
Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and in team settings
Comfortable with flexible hours and occasional weekend work
Familiarity with OSHA and USDA regulations
Creative problem-solving mindset and ability to manage projects from concept to completion
Willingness to travel domestically at our cost (estimated 40% travel)
