Cape Cod Veterinary Specialists | Buzzards Bay & Dennis, MACape Cod Veterinary Specialists is seeking an experienced, board-certified specialist to serve as our Director of Specialty Medicine. This is a high-impact leadership role for a clinician who wants to help shape hospital standards, support specialist growth and retention, and guide specialty medicine through an exciting period of expansion. This position is ideal for a specialist in Neurology, Dermatology, Ophthalmology, Internal Medicine, Radiology, or Dentistry who enjoys excellent clinical medicine, mentoring other doctors, building strong systems, and leading through thoughtful collaboration. About the Role The Director of Specialty Medicine will work closely with the Director of Emergency Medicine, Medical Director, and Group Medical Director to strengthen clinical quality, improve consistency across services, and support a culture where specialists and their teams can thrive. This role combines clinical practice with medical leadership.
