It is essential that this candidate brings analytical and organizational skills in order to best support the accounting team.ResponsibilitiesPerform day-to-day accounting and finance functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledgerReconcile accounts and resolve any discrepanciesSupport the month-end close process and ensure timely and accurate reportingCollaborate with other departments to provide financial information and support as neededStay current on accounting principles and regulations, and recommend process improvements as neededQualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Economics, or Finance1 - 2 years' experience in accountingProficient in Microsoft ExcelAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong verbal and written communicationExcellent organization and time managementAttention to detail and accuracy
