The analyst will be support day-to-day investment management activities related to the firm's deployment into private credit, real estate/real asset, hedge fund, and private equity investments. Responsibilities include production and maintenance of financial models, performance evaluation, and supporting the production and distribution of investor communications. Additional responsibilities may include bespoke projects to enhance and support monitoring and research workflows, assisting in the development of new investment strategies, and collaborating with the team to optimize portfolio outcomes. The analyst will play a vital role in supporting day-to-day decision-making processes.QualificationsSolid understanding of private markets concepts and principlesBachelor's degree in technical field (ex: Finance, Engineering, Computer Science); advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MS) and CAIA or CFA certifications are a plusWorking knowledge or experience with private markets investing is highly desirableExceptional organizational and problem-solving abilitiesStrong verbal and written communication skills
