Lead Line Cook
The Lead Line Cook position will assist the Executive Chef and Chef de Cuisine by organizing the team, doing line checks, monitoring prep, and providing positive leadership.This can be a high volume kitchen so experience with a faster pace kitchen is helpful.Experience in higher end kitchen is preferred, but not necessary for this role.
