Job Title: M365 Architect / ConsultantAbout the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft 365 Architect / Consultant to design, implement, and optimize enterprise-scale M365 environments. This role requires deep expertise across Azure, Microsoft 365, and endpoint management, along with strong leadership in cloud transformation and architecture strategy.You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing collaboration solutions aligned with business objectives.Key Responsibilities1. Architecture & ImplementationDesign and deploy Microsoft 365 solutions including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDriveLead cloud migration initiatives from on-premises environments to Microsoft 365 and AzureArchitect and implement hybrid and cloud-native solutionsIntegrate and manage endpoint devices using Microsoft Intune2. Security, Identity & ComplianceDesign and manage identity and access solutions using Azure Active Directory (Entra ID)Implement security frameworks, compliance policies, and governance modelsEnsure data protection, conditional access, and threat managementDevelop disaster recovery and business continuity strategies3. Optimization & OperationsMonitor, troubleshoot, and optimize performance across M365 servicesAutomate administrative tasks using PowerShell scriptingDrive continuous improvement and cost optimization initiatives4. Leadership & CollaborationProvide technical leadership and architectural guidance to engineering teamsCollaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutionsMentor junior engineers and support knowledge sharingRequired Skills & QualificationsTechnical SkillsStrong hands-on experience with:Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)Microsoft Azure & Entra IDMicrosoft Intune / Endpoint ManagerExpertise in PowerShell scripting and automationExperience with:Hybrid environments and migrationsIdentity federation (ADFS)Networking fundamentals and security best practicesSoft SkillsExcellent communication and stakeholder managementProven ability to lead cross-functional teamsStrong problem-solving and analytical thinkingPreferred QualificationsMicrosoft certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, M365 Enterprise Administrator)Experience with Zero Trust architectureExposure to compliance frameworks (GDPR, ISO, etc.)
