Mowing Laborer

Job Summary:Inch & Co. Outdoor is seeking a reliable and hardworking Mowing Laborer to join our team. This position is responsible for maintaining residential and commercial properties through routine mowing, trimming, and general landscape upkeep. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, operates safely, and works efficiently as part of a team.Key Responsibilities:Perform lawn mowing using commercial-grade equipment (zero-turn mowers, push mowers, etc.)Trim and edge around sidewalks, driveways, beds, and structuresBlow off hard surfaces to ensure a clean, finished appearanceFollow assigned routes and complete jobs in a timely mannerAssist with basic landscape maintenance tasks as neededMaintain equipment and report any issues to the foremanFollow all company safety procedures and guidelinesQualifications:Prior landscaping or mowing experience preferred, but not requiredAbility to work outdoors in various weather conditionsStrong work ethic and attention to detailAbility to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor throughout the dayReliable transportation to and from workPositive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
