First year drivers make $75,000-$80,000 / year in their first year!
Driver Premium per mile for any miles over 2400 per week: $0.25
CDL-A Company Driver Details:
Starting pay: $75,000 - $80,000 / year
Starting base pay per mile: up to $0.60

Pay Review Schedule
First year: Two scheduled pay reviews, each with a one-cent-per-mile increase
Second year: One scheduled pay review with a one-cent-per-mile increase
Third year: One scheduled pay review with a one-cent-per-mile increase
Fourth year and beyond: Annual pay reviews with a half-cent-per-mile increase
Incentive Pay
Driver Premium for any miles over 2400 per week: $0.25
Monthly Safety & Performance Bonus: two cents per mile

Requirements to join our team as a CDL-A Regional Truck Driver:
Valid CDL-A
Must be minimum 23 years of age
1 year of verifiable OTR driving experience
No at-fault DOT accidents in last 12 months
No DOT drug or alcohol violations in last 36 months
